The Art of Business Adaptability

Following years of study into behavioural science and the practicalities of colleague-to-colleague interactions, we have created the Art of Business Adaptability to significantly improve the outcomes of all interactions both internally and externally in organisations. This part of the programme will create a backbone to learning in all the areas of management and leadership to follow.

The programme focuses on and reveals the ‘personalities’ not the behavioural vagueness experienced with many programmes. The AoBA reveals the reality of individuals without any bias towards a ‘preferred’ profile but to embrace who everyone really is and learn the valuable skill of adaptability.

HOW IT WORKS

Each individual will accurately discover their own personality style through a pre-course self-description, and also quickly learn to identify others sometimes even without even meeting them. The whole programme goes head-2-head against the notion that we should “Treat people the way we expect to be treated” and dramatically and successfully shifts to “Treat people the way THEY want to be treated
