The new EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR for short – provides for a more transparent and much safer process for collecting and managing the personal data that we all provide when we transact online.

Below you will find a detailed description of the data we collect from you, which we collect to respond to your requests, as well as to inform you about the characteristics or any other aspects regarding the products sold by us (execution of the contract) . We will also specify what we do with this data and how you can always access it.

– email address – we write you emails related to your registration in the database of potential clients or customers, confirmations regarding the placement of one or more orders, we send you invoices, we send you any necessary information regarding the characteristics of the services and products and we inform about the status of the works;

– name and surname – we use them when we write you emails about the products sold by our company, both during the pre-order phase and during their delivery. We transmit the data to third-party collaborators providing courier services and our accounting service providers, where necessary;

– telephone number – we use it to contact you urgently regarding any request regarding the characteristics of the products and services and/or the status of the execution of the projects carried out together.

– company – we use the information to perform contracts

– address – we use the address only for tax invoices and delivery of ordered products.

Duration of processing

The personal data you provide us will be processed in accordance with the data retention policy of s.c. Achieve International s.r.l. As an example, contact data processed for marketing purposes will be processed for the duration for which you maintain your consent to receive such communications, upon withdrawal of consent they will be deleted.

Based on the GDPR and related data protection legislation, you have the following rights:

– the right to access data;

– the right to rectification;

– the right to delete data (“the right to be forgotten”), to the extent that the conditions provided for by law are met;

– the right to restrict processing;

– the right to address the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data or the courts, to the extent you consider necessary.
